Convergent IP Advisory was founded on a simple premise: the most complex IP matters — SEP disputes, FRAND proceedings, standards policy, AI patent strategy — require an advisor who has been inside the technology, inside the standards bodies, and inside the courtroom.
With decades of experience spanning wireless communications engineering, active participation in 3GPP, IEEE, and ETSI standards development, and a track record of expert testimony in federal court and ITC proceedings, we bring a depth of expertise that generalist IP consultants cannot replicate.
